In the late 1970s, widespread protests and political unrest grew across Iran. Opposition came from different groups, including religious leaders such as Ruhollah Khomeini. These tensions eventually led to the Iranian Revolution, which forced the Shah to leave Iran in January 1979. After living in several countries during exile, he died on July 27, 1980, in Cairo. His reign remains one of the most debated periods in modern Iranian history.2026 © ShinyBerry.com
