Rania Faisal Sidki Al Yassin was born on August 31, 1970, in Kuwait, to Palestinian parents originally from Tulkarm in the West Bank. Her father, Faisal Sedki Al Yassin, and her mother, Ilham, raised her in a household that valued education, resilience, and cultural identity. Growing up in Kuwait, she attended the New English School and developed a strong foundation in academics.
